If you need assistance, please call ITC at (305) 238-6587 to contact a support professional. 

Once the support professional has initiated a support session, you will click on and run the support application as shown below.

 

  1. After calling to request assistance, click on ITC Icon below.
  2. From the Initial Assistance Window window that opens click on Run.
  3. From the Windows Security - second Assistance Window window click on Run again.
  4. Now from the Remote Assistance Main window click Connect.
